An Indigo Dyeing Experience in Deià.
Set within Gabriela Sans’ private studio, hidden into the cliffs of the Tramuntana, this workshop unfolds as a quiet exploration of color, material, and time.
Working with natural indigo - a living pigment long associated with both craft and healing - you are guided through resist-dye techniques inspired by Japanese shibori. Gabriela, your creative guide, demonstrates how textiles can be folded, bound, and submerged, revealing layered tones that deepen gradually from soft sky to deep sea blue.
Each immersion becomes a moment of pause - a process of watching, waiting, and allowing color and technique to reveal designs that give new life to textiles.
A cotton bandana is included, and you are invited to bring two small selection of personal garments to transform.
